Q- How secure is your site?

Each user of our site is given a username and password in order to purchase. You can click here to register. Extensionize employees will never ask you for your password and it is your responsibility to keep that password safe.

All Extensionize payments taken on this site are processed by PayPal. You will be take to a secure site which is protected by a Secure Socket Layer which means your credit card details are safe. Your payment details are not stored on the Extensionize website or servers- and therefore you can shop with ease!

Q- Do you take payments over the phone?

We dont offer this facility at the moment. But if demand dictates this is something we will implement.

About Our Extensions

Q- What does "colour 4" etc. mean?

These codes are used by extensionists as a shorthand for a particular shade of hair. We've also added a description as well, i.e. Colour 4 = Dark Brown

Only the finest hair has been Individually handpicked strand by strand. Hair has been arranged to put the cuticle in the same direction to make sure no tangling occurs.This weft is hand tied and is so small it is almost invisible.
