Delivery / Dispatch Policy:
We will always endeavour to despatch all orders on the next working day following cleared payment:
All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class or 1st Class Recorded Delivery.
Human Hair wefts will be sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
The Royal Mail Recorded Delivery service require a signature upon receipt, it is the customers responsibility to make arrangements for the receipt of the goods and Extensionize cannot be held responsible for any delay or loss caused by the customers not making adequate arrangements to receive the goods at the time of delivery. It is the customers responsibility to arrange redelivery/collection with Royal Mail or the relevant delivery service
Refund / Returns Policy.
We will give a full refund on all orders providing the goods are returned in perfect re saleable condition within 7 days of receipt. Because of the nature of the products we sell (for hygiene reasons) and in line with industry standard procedure, we cannot refund or exchange any product where the package has been opened.
Returning Goods.
We will only accept returned goods if sent back via:
1, Royal Mail Special Delivery
2. Parcelforce 24 or 48
3. Priority Signed For Airmail (from overseas)
4. Or pre agreed courier service
